Carol Morejón, holds a M.A degree in Spanish Literature from the California State University, Northridge. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Hispanic Literatures and Languages at the University of California, Santa Barbara. Her main research interests include Venezuelan and Caribbean literature of the modern diaspora, Applied Linguistics and Language Teaching. She has worked as an English/Spanish Interpreter, and she works as a TA for Spanish language courses at UCSB.
